I loved this mold but one shape has a defect after 3 uses. The seller said i was to blame which simply isnt true. Not the customer service you would hope for when spending so much plus shipping for quality molds. Pretty dissapointing.

The buyer received the mold in November 2021 and and wrote to us in January 2022 telling that a little piece of silicone has come off inside the mold. So the mold was damaged during use.
We make no warranty for our molds especially if they are used with resin, because it is the most aggressive material and a person can use not suitable type of resin or damage the mold during the removal of the finished product, as it has sharp edges. We can not be responsible for this. We explained all this to the buyer, and despite this, offered to put the same mold for free to the next order. To which we received in response blaming and this review. We are very sorry.
